Starting in a closet, then a classroom, and now multiple classrooms, walk-in coolers and freezers, Andrew's Harvest Food Pantry has evolved into something much more than just a drive-thru food pantry. It is a place where we welcome our guests, where we are honored to serve them, where we pray with them, minister to them, and provide them with items they need. Serving 50+ families per week, the volunteers are dedicated to making Jesus' love known.

The Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County, located at 211 Commerce Drive in Franklin, Indiana, provides free, nutritious food to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Operating a drive-through distribution model, the pantry allows clients to select from a menu featuring meats, dairy, produce, bread, and canned and boxed items. Each household receives food sufficient for approximately four days and may visit once per week. The pantry is open Monday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 to 11 a.m., with the parking lot opening 30 minutes prior to distribution times. To receive assistance, clients must meet income eligibility guidelines (earning less than 185% of the federal poverty level) and are encouraged to bring a photo ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill. While the pantry primarily serves Johnson County residents, there are no strict residency restrictions, and no one in need is turned away. Home delivery services are not available; however, clients unable to attend in person may designate a proxy to pick up food on their behalf by providing their shopper ID card and a signed note.
