Only available to students enrolled in CIUMC Preschool Programs
CIUMC Preschool Extended Care Program is only available to students enrolled in one of CIUMC Preschool’s programs. Students can only use Extended Care services on preschool program attendance days. It is not required to attend Extended Care services every day of preschool program attendance days. There is a two day waiting period from the day of enrollment to the day the student can begin using these services.
Late Pick Up fees will be assessed to any pick-up after 5:35. The charge is $1.00 for every minute late (EX: child picked up at 5:39 pm equals a $4 per child late fee).
The charge shifts to $2.00 per minute after 15 minutes late. (EX: child picked up at 6:00pm equals a $40.00 per child late fee).
After one hour, the local police department will be contacted.
Fee payments for 2025-2026 school year are due the first week of every month regardless of absenteeism. Yearly commitment will be pro-rated based on enrollment date. In the event of withdrawal, fees must be paid for the full month. Extended Care fees will not be pro-rated or reduced due to personal holidays or family travel that results in the enrolled child(ren) missing program days. Extended Care fees can be included with monthly tuition payments.
Make checks payable to CUMC Preschool. All fees for Before and After Care are due the first week of every month or a $30.00 late fee will be applied to your account.
