Our staff is the heart of CIUMC Preschool & Childcare. Each day, they create a safe, caring, Christ-centered place where children are known, loved, and encouraged to grow through play, learning, and discovery. From the moment children arrive, our teachers and caregivers work to build trust, offer comfort, and help each child feel welcome. Our staff continues to learn and grow through ongoing training and professional development, so they can give children the support they need at every stage. With warmth, consistency, and open communication, we partner with families to help every child feel valued, supported, and ready for what comes next.
