YES Indy operates through community hubs and Re-Engagement Centers (RECs), which provide safe spaces for youth to connect with mentors, access resources, and participate in activities like open gym basketball. Additionally, the program offers "Power Huddle," a two-week job readiness experience that helps participants develop essential skills and connect with career opportunities.
