Rev. Julie Pimlott
Deacon
Rev. Julie Pimlott is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church and currently serves at Christ Indy UMC. She earned a Master of Divinity from Methodist Theological School in Ohio and a Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University. Julie also serves as a hospice chaplain in the Indianapolis area, offering pastoral care, compassion, and spiritual support to people and families in significant seasons of life.
At Christ Indy UMC, Julie is involved in several areas of congregational life, including music leadership in the THIRST service, mentoring youth in music leadership, teaching Sunday school, and co-celebrating communion. When she’s not serving in ministry, you might find her reading a mystery novel, gaming—both tabletop and video games—with her family, or attending her kids’ musical concerts and performances.
