Christ Indy UMC Facilities Work Order Request
Please use the form below to submit a work order request to alert our facilities staff of any custodial or maintenance-related issues. Once submitted, your request will be logged into our eSpace system, which will automatically notify the appropriate team members to address the issue promptly.
This process ensures efficient communication and helps maintain a safe and well-maintained environment for everyone.
If there is an emergent need, please notify the church office by calling 317-882-1549, and press 5 for your call to be forwarded to the on-call Facilities staff member.
